Hello

 

Please i want to know the network coverage in my location and that of my friend as we want to get a sim

 

I stay at Norwich 

And she stays at Preston

 

Also, i want to transfer my giffgaff number 

Is that possible?

Don’t rely on the online coverage checker @JenniferAzuakola. They only show a computer prediction of the coverage expected at any given location.

Perhaps better to get a 1-month plan or PAYG SIM, and check the real-world coverage, in the places you use your phone the most, before deciding to switch.

You can check the coverage in your area at https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage.

However if you purchase directly from iD Mobile we offer a 30 day returns policy which will allow you to test the services and return it if you are not happy.
