Network Down

About a week or so ago there were some power cuts in my area and I had no signal for 3 days. I considered getting in touch then as I need my phone for work. However the issue fixed itself (I was told a pylon was down). 

 

This week it has been down again, making work very difficult and obviously my personal enjoyment is now non-existent whenever I leave the house.

 

I have friends on the 3 network who have been either refunded or given updates on when the issue will be/was fixed.

I suggest asking for compensation for loss of service by using the iD live chat service or by sending a PM to iD Mobile via facebook or twitter.

It’s best to contact iD between 9am - 6pm - that way you can chat or PM with a real person.
