My network has been down all day. When will the network be back online like normal?

If you’re able to move just a little bit away and get signal, this would indicate a signal issue in the area.

Normally the iD staff read user posts here once a day, sometimes less frequently.
You’ll get assistance more quickly using the online iD live chat, or privately messaging iD on their social media pages with Facebook Messenger, or X (Twitter) DM.
The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
If I we all go a few streets away we can all make calls and use mobile data but is just happening in the area we live. Was working fine before yesterday.
I have checked on this but says "Our systems haven’t reported any network problems."
Perhaps there’s a fault in your area
