Ordered a phone on a new contract last week, DPD tracking says “Your parcel has been delayed due to an unexpected issue in your area” and the tracking says “there’s a delay with your parcel at our sortation facility”
I now have no idea when my phone will arrive and have been given no updates all week, could be in 2 days, 2 weeks or maybe never? Who knows?
ID Mobile have asked me to contact DPD for updates but all they say is that it’s delayed. I could understand if this was the height of Covid or a week before Christmas but it’s not…
How long am I supposed to wait before the parcel is declared lost? I can’t just wait forever more.
