new account help

Hi, I recently switched over from Vodafone. When ordering my phone and sim plan, I entered my pac code. I have yet to receive any confirmation of switching my number from ID mobile. Switch date should be tomorrow? 

I have tried to register an account. It says my email address is already registered. I then try and log in to be told my plan ended more than six months ago and my account closed...please advise.

You cannot use your old email address to setup a new account and you cannot use an old account to access a new line. You will need to use a different email address to setup your new online account.

If you’ve entered the PAC code at checkout/purchase the switch date should’ve been given then, ports can take between 8am and 10pm on the date selected/given.

 

If you have already used an email address for an account in the past you wouldn’t be able to use it to register again, you’ll need to use a different email address not previously used for registering.
