New App changed plan

I've updated the new ID app and my plan is now showing 500 mins and 5000 texts whereas my plan was unlimited mins and texts.

Hi @AndyB66,

Welcome to the Community!

The team are aware of issues with the app and they are being fixed.

Can you log out of the app and log back in to see if that makes a difference.

You can also log into your account online.

Exactly same issue here, shows my plan is 9gig data but should be 63gig, re registering to a bew app is all wrong and totally gone wrong, there was nothing wrong with kld app what so ever, new app i cant find any of the old options to change/look at
