New contract, no sim?

Hi, 

My new phone arrived yesterday.  I sent a pac code today to ID not realising a sim wasn't in the box in which the new phone arrived until after... 

The next date option for the port to take place was 29 Jan which I duly selected.  Does this mean if my new sim doesn't arrive this weekend I'm going to be cut off my current contract, only to not being able to use my new one? How do I even know the sim is on its way?!

Not had the best experience so far and this is the icing on the cake 😅

Yes @JennyJoanne, on Monday 29th Jan, your old provider’s SIM will stop working. 

Perhaps the quickest way of getting a SIM would be from your nearest Currys store, where you can get a replacement SIM card for your iD contract.

Sorry to hear the SIM card didn’t come with your phone, it definitely should have. 

 

You’ll be able to pick up a replacement SIM card from your local Currys store as suggested above by @andewhite, you’ll then be able to activate it at the link below;
