new contract sim not working

Hi there,

I ordered a contract sim got email with number and customer service pin but never recieved sim. So contacted ID through chat they said they would send replacement which they did never got email like before with number etc. Its says sim ready to use just insert in phone but it's not working phone is unlocked and when scanning for network ID shows up but it wont let me pick the network. Anyone help?

Quickest way to get this sorted would be the iD Live Chat service, or by sending a PM to iD via facebook or twitter

Best to contact iD between 9am and 6pm, so you chat with a real person.

To avoid the 24/7 bot on live chat, type “talk to a person” once you’re connected.
