My current SIM only 24 month contract expires at end Nov. If I order an ID mobile SIM card on a 12 month contract, when does month 1 actually start?
When I order the SIM card this week, allowing for the Royal Mail delivery, OR when I activate the SIM card by putting it in the phone??

Your contract starts once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, we’ll also start billing you from then as well.
