I’m here for the same issue, I’ve never used ID Mobile yet it keeps appearing on my credit score I want this to be resolved but live chat isn’t working and I can’t get through to anyone??

We’ve recently updated our name in credit files to reflect as “iD Mobile” and not “Carphone Warehouse”, the notification you’ve received is likely just updating the name of an old account you’ve had with iD Mobile to the correct name, not a new account entirely.
If you do receive any further notification of an account actually having been taken out in your name please do get back in touch with us so we can investigate this.
