Hi there, I placed an order on Saturday afternoon and completed all of the online forms, my bank card was verified and has charged me the 0.01p. However, I have not recieved any confirmation emails or order numbers.

I am getting several emails from IDmobile saying ive forgotten something in my basket and when I click on it its the same phone and details and its asking for all of the same information ive already submitted.

Can you advise as to what might be happening as I'm kind of in limbo.
