Hello, I am considering taking a new phone and changing my current operator. I looked at your offers and settled on one and I have a question about the offer.The plan I chose was £ 44.99
per month (24-month plan) £ 99.00 upfront cost Unlimited Data,Unlimited Minutes,Unlimited Texts with IPHONE 13 PRO GREY 128 GB.My question is, can I pay £ 200 in first installment and what will be the other installments?

The prices you see are the prices you pay. So no, there is no pricing adjustments offered.

How do I check if I can upgrade?

  1. Log in to the iD Mobile app or My Account online.
  2. Navigate to the My account page.
  3. If you're eligible you'll see a tile saying, 'You can upgrade to a new handset!'. Click 'Upgrade now' to unlock the deals available.
  4. Can't see the upgrade message above? Then go to 'Manage my plan', select 'Check if I can upgrade', and you'll see a list of reasons why you might not eligible. With a bit of luck, you might just need to make a few slight changes to be eligible.
