New phones/SIMs not working/activated?

Hello, I have just joined ID. I collected the phones yesterday from Curry’s. I have two iphone 13 with new SIM/phone numbers. We followed instructions. Inserted SIM cards. Phones switch on but there is no phone number displayed? No signal at all and we drove all around the area to check. Do we need to take any extra steps to activate the SIMs? We don’t even know what our new telephone numbers are? Please help?

Hello @caitmusic,

The mobile number would usually be on the invoice / receipt you got from currys at the time of purchase.

If you bought the items in currys over-the-counter, I’d be inclined to go back to the same store and ask them to fix it.
