Spent a lot of time on this. My old Samsung Galaxy S7 worked fine (usually with wi-fi calling, as iD signal poor at my home). New phone won’t make or receive calls - even though it sounds as if it’s ringing out.
The other funtionality of the Samsung A03s device seems fine.
I’ve now had to go back to my old S7… 5 years old. Wasting time !

The Samsung A03s handset doesn’t seem listed as a compatible phone (for iD Wi-Fi Calling service).
The supported handsets are listed on the https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/wifi-calling page.
