I have recently switched from O2 to ID mobile, and ID have given me a new number and i was wondering if there was anyway of me getting it back

Welcome to the Community!

When you place an order for a new deal you would receive a new number.

Are you wanting to move your number from O2 to iD Mobile?

If so you can obtain a PAC code from O2 and fill out the form HERE.

If you require any assistance with it, you can get back to us here and we will help you out.

i have transitioned from o2 to a id. Now i have completed everything and the old number ia being transferred tomorrow however i have lost my id sim whilst having my old 02 in my phone still. I’m not sure what to do as my phone will stop working tomorrow

In this case it may be best to get a replacement SIM card if you’ve lost the one we gave.
