Hi, I’m trying to activate a new sim for my elderly mother. I don’t have access to her email… can I verify from my phone?

If you haven’t managed to resolve this, please let us know but you cant find further information HERE regarding SIM activations.
If it’s SIM for a new deal it should be activated already. If it’s a replacement SIM you’ll need to activate it.
