I have signed up for an upgrade (i thought) but the Sim came with a new number and i want to keep my old number. Can you help please?

Hi @Terry Rourke, sounds like you’ve taken out a new line instead of an upgrade. You’ll need to return the new line and perform an upgrade on the original line. The Live Chat team will be able to help with this.
