New sim card contract for new phone

I am an existing customer, just bought a new phone, and i need another sim card for this phone, i saw an add for £16 for unlimited data, talk time, texts, it was saying there may be better deals for existing customers, been having problems contacting with my account, cant log in, so here i am.

Okay @Freedom Creature, best options for assistance with an iD account enquiry are:

  1. Use the online chat service at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - the iD agents work through until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
  2. Send them a private message on facebook (using Messenger).
  3. Send them a DM (direct message) on Twitter.

Messages sent out-of-hours on facebook or Twitter are handled when the iD social media team next start work.
