Joined pay as you go for my working phone, Got my new SIM card today, keep showing emergency call only and not able to use.

I’m sorry to hear this, could you let us know what device you’re using the iD Mobile SIM card inside with it not working?

 

Are you able to try any other devices?

 

Have you topped up/added a bundle to your plan?
