Hi,

I have misplaced the SIM card that came with my new ID mobile phone contract. I need a new SIM, can you please help with this.

You can get a replacement from any Currys store @Dyoung73.

Otherwise just use the iD online live chat to ask for a replacement. 

Replacement iD SIM cards need to be activated before they’re ready to use,
