New phone and SIM arrived today. The SIM isn't active and isn't connecting to the network. I also can't register for the app as it says my details are incorrect. Any help much appreciated.

Live chat have now told me that nobody bothered to activate my account and that it'll take 48 hours. And then I need to get back in contact with them to activate the SIM.
What an absolute shambles of a company. Think I'm better off just cancelling it and going to a network that isn't inept.
