I’ve just moved from Vodaphone. I entered my PAC code on Wednesday night and that seemed to go ok. Today, Friday I have inserted the ID Mobile sim into my phone but my phone still seems to be vodaphone and no settings seem to have changed.
In connections it shows my service provider as vodaphone but sim card manager shows Sim 1 as iD and I only have one sim card in the phone.
I’ve switched on and off several times.

That’s odd, Kevin. Are you not able to manually select iD from the list of networks?
Might be worth doing a network reset - just Google “network reset” + the make and model of your phone for instructions on how to do this.
This will delete any Wi-Fi networks so remember to set these up again.
