I have just bought a pay monthly SIM for my daughter. I have put it into her iPhone 11 tonight. Followed all of the steps suggested in help articles and it still won't work. Can someone advise me please?
I have tried the SIM in my phone and it doesn't record it either. My phone is a Honor 90 5G. It just says no SIM on both phones..

You would be able to pick up a replacement free of charge at any local Currys store. Alternatively, we’ll be able to send you a PM to set up a replacement via delivery.
