new sim wont work in s23 or othwr phone's

I took as contract out the phone works however sim doesn't. I can't call customer services and have had to come here to try and get this resolved. 

 

Currys have given a new sim however said only I'd mobile can put the calls texts and data allowances on the new one. 

 

Please help

Try and activate your replacement iD SIM card online, @Steveallan. 

Do this at https://my.idmobile.co.uk/ja/web/cpw/sim-swap.

What device are you using the SIM card in?

 

Are you able to try the SIM card in another device?
