I have ordered 2 sim card plans but have only received confirmation for one. Can't get to speak to anyone!

Okay @Katkin51, unfortunately you can’t call iD customer services, you have to chat with them online using the iD live chat service. 

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

The iD telesales team might be able to help though - contact this team on 020 7139 1397, during normal office hours.
