We bought this for my wife just before coming out to France so she could continue to learn French online and keep in contact with her friends
Sadly, the only way we've been able to do that is by using my phone as a WiFi hotspot.
Hers refuses to connect to 4G or internet despite having data enabled, and Roaming switched on.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro.
Mine, which works, is a Xiaomi Mi 9 SE.

Unfortunately the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro isn’t a device we officially support so your issues may be down to this, however we also don’t support the Mi 9 SE.
Have you tried the SIM from the Note 9 Pro in a device that definitely works with iD SIMs? This could be a SIM issue, in which case we might need to issue a replacement.
