newly joined with number switch

Hi

 

I've just joined ID mobile after joining from Vodafone (sim only) and have changed over the sim to ID mobile.

 

i am getting no network coverage at all? What do i do now as there doesn’t seem to be guide to help anywhere?

Are you getting absolutely nothing whatsoever? No bars of signal?

 

Are you able to try the SIM card in a different device?
