There is no option for 5G in the phone settings. Even though the phone is called "pro 5G".

I’m sorry to hear you haven’t been getting 5G connection, please could you let us know the postcode where you have 5G coverage?
Given we’ve posted a new SIM card, it’s worth activating that and seeing if this helps with 5G, let us know how you get on.

Unfortunately, that’ll be down to the service provider (i.e. iD Mobile)
Although iD state the following about 5G on their network:
iD Mobile also have their 5G device compatibility list (online), which doesn’t currently include the Oppo Reno 4 Pro 5G handset

Hopefully with your new iD SIM card, you’ll get 5G reception even though it isn’t available as an option in the device settings.
