No Apple TV offer

Hi,

I’m trying to find the Apple TV 3 month offer. I signed up to iD around 6 months a go but can't seem to find it in any email correspondence.

Any pointers would be great?

Forum members can’t access your iD account @WilhelmVonJones, so probably best to contact iD customer service using iD live chat, Facebook Messenger, or X (Twitter) DM.

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

Tried that already. Nobody responds on FB and live chat not available.

 

Don't have a an issue with the network but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Did you use Facebook Messenger, or simply post a comment on the iD Facebook page @WilhelmVonJones?

Live chat not available? - just tried https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat in Google Chrome running on my Windows 10 laptop, to see:


Clicking the “Live Chat” blue button started a popup window as below:

Used FB messenger. Using safari iOS for live chat

Okay @WilhelmVonJones, just tried iD live chat in Safari running on iPadOS 16.6, and initially it didn't work.

When I opened a Private window in Safari for iD live chat, and accepted all cookies, live chat worked. 

Seems a bit odd, but there are so many forum member posts about issues using the iD live chat service.
