no confirmation email

Good morning, 

I placed an order with yourselves for an iPhone 11 contract. I still am yet to receive a confirmation email and I signed up to the direct debit. can someone please get back to me about this. If not I would like to cancel my order.

This is a public forum anybody on the Internet can read - scammers and bad-actors steal information from user posts in this community.

I’d advise you to edit your post @Emer Doherty, and remove the email address you posted.

Maybe check your Junk/Spam mail folders for your order confirmation.

Sorry I thought it was a private message. I’ve checked all my mailboxes and there’s nothing in there. Is my order confirmed or not because I need to get a phone asap

Okay @Emer Doherty, I’m not from iD Mobile so you’ll probably need to ask the iD sales team - call them on 020 7139 1397 (during normal office hours). 

I’d expect you’ll be waiting before getting through to someone in the sales team.
