Hi,

 

My phone data was suspended as I had forgotten to pay my bill..I've paid it 3 days ago but still no date.

Okay @Jane Roewellyn, sounds like there’s still an issue with your iD account - but, community members can’t look a customer’s account. 

It’ll be quicker to get assistance with your services using iD’s online live chat service.
Alternatively, contact iD customer service privately using Facebook Messenger, or a Twitter DM.

The support teams work until 8pm on weekdays.
