I have been with Id for a couple of years, I recently changed plan but in a new month I have lost my data rollover?

It’s because you changed plans, you start again fresh. Any unused data from this month will roll over next month.

Welcome to the Community!

You can't roll over unused data from the billing period when you changed plans. Instead, your Data Rollover will re-start at the beginning of your new plan.
