Question

no delivery confirmation


ordered my phone yesterday, got he order confirmation around 6pm yesterday via email. This said it had been passed to the delivery partner and they would text today to give tracking/delivery details.

I haven't received anything at all, I now don't know if this is an ID mobile issue or a TNT delivery issue.

When i click the transaction number link on the email it takes me to TNT delivery, but everything i read here is DPD delivery, so i am very confused

I’d be suspicious of TNT - iD Mobile’s handset delivery partner has always been DPD.

You could ask the iD telephone sales team about your order @stanleys1234 - call 020 7139 1397, with your order number handy.

Hi I have received the phone now and sorted apart from my number hasn’t changed over yet ! I did the registration on Friday.

What date did you select for the port or what date were you given?

The port should have completed by now, can you confirm?

Unless you selected a later date.
