I’ve just received my SIM through the post, but I haven’t received any emails. I have my PAC but can’t go any further without the email. Can you please help?

Hey @Phil Leeder, new iD SIM cards are activated upon dispatch, so just pop your iD SIM into a handset and call/text a friend or family member, who can tell you the number associated with your new SIM.
