For some strange reason ime unable to access the Internet when ime away from home. I have a small data allowance of 2GB which never activates when ime away from my home. I have to activate the ROAMING button to access the Internet then I am charged extra.
How do I activate my data allowance when ime not at home.

Cannot access internet to adult areas and anything to do with over 18 material I have 4/5G at all times turned everything on and adult block on this app is off but still no access
this is ruining my business I need internet access or I’ll throw phone back at car phone warehouse and walk away as got 14 days

You can enable and disable Adult Content Filter via your account online or the iD Mobile App.
If you are having issues you may need to contact our Live Chat Team so that this can be sorted.
Also in order for it to take affect you may need to restart the handset.
