No mobile data - old sim in new phone

Calls and text okay.

Unknown number in about phone.

APN settings correct.

Hello @VWdUuanO,

Try removing the SIM and checking it’s very clean - no finger-prints etc.

Wait 10 minutes, pop the SIM back into your phone and see if the issue is resolved.

Thanks. Wiped thoroughly and waited 10 minutes but no luck. Still getting ! next to reception bar.
