no network connection

Hi, had my new sim which did not connect so cs advised to get a new one.

2nd sim is not working either. Contacted cs 5 times and all of them saying 'just activated your card, give it 1 hour'. 

Still not able to call/text etc.

Is there a tech support team I can contact?
