I signed up for a new sim only contract yesterday. However, I have not received any confirmation email or order number. There is also no sign of the 1p credit check pending on my account.
Is this normal? I am beginning to think the whole sign up process did not complete but there is no functional live chat to speak with anyone. I need someone to confirm whether my order has actually been confirmed or failed.
