Try entering your postcode below and check for any network related issues in your area:

https://www.three.co.uk/support/network_and_coverage/network_support

If the above result returns no issues and you yet you have no coverage where you live, then your options are limited to either using WiFi calling or you could PAC out to a different network, but you will have to pay an early termination fee.

Coverage map:

https://www.three.co.uk/Discover/Network/Coverage

What does the above coverage map return for your area? ID Mobile offer a 30-day grace period where you can try out their service and if you’re not happy for any reason, cancel penalty free. Any reason you didn’t do this?

The network related issue states: Our systems haven’t reported any network problems.

The coverage map states Very good service.

I didn't terminate within the 30-day grace period as I ended up in hospital for an extended time period.

Hi @Claire Jones,

Are you able to test the SIM in a different handset to see if that makes a difference?

It may be worth us sending out a new SIM to you to check its not a SIM issue.

Kash

I checked it in my partners device and the result is the same, no signal.

However when I left the area a couple of days ago it was considerably better so I'm more inclined to say its an issue with signal in my area and surrounding than the sim itself. Although if you feel differently I would still try a fresh sim.

Thanks.
