No service after the date of switch

I have chose the date of switch ( to keep my number)  to be yesterday, 4th September, i didn't bother to create before an account with them. Now I have no service on my sim, even its the next day after the switch day.  i can not register an account with them as when I insert my number and they send a text, I can not see it, as there is no service. 
I am losing previous time from work, its been the second day without a service on my phone. How can this be fix?

Probably best to contact iD customer service using their online Live Chat service @samuellungu92

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

Please double check the iD Mobile SIM card is inserted correctly and a reboot of the device has been done.

 

Are you able to try the SIM card in any other device?
