Hi there, my signal has completely gone not showing any bars been like it for a few days now wondering what’s up? I can connect to WiFi but cannot make any calls or use mobile data.
I have tried taking the sim card out but doesn’t work and have tried turning my phone on and off. The sim doesn’t look scratched but do you think it is broken? Haven’t tried resetting it yet but want to get opinions.

I'm sorry to hear this, please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you're having no signal at all?
Is this issue in multiple areas?
We'd recommend trying the below;
For iPhone;
Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
For Android;
Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
Resetting network settings will NOT reset any personal data (Photos, Videos, Contacts etc) only network settings.
