I cannot access my ID account on the app and both myself and my son are due upgrades. The website let's me sign in but doesn't give me my allowances. Is there a problem with the app?

What happens when you try and sign in via the app?

We don’t have any reports with the app but it may be worth ensuring you have the most up to date version installed.
