non existent service

I've been unable to receive txts for weeks now and my number has still not properly been transferred despite constant assurances for months.  They sent out another SIM card yesterday and during the chaos I couldn't even get on to the site to activate it.  Finally managed to activate it this morning but still unable to send receive txts etc.  Can't even get onto the online chat.  I've made a formal complaint which they have not followed up with.  Can't even get a deadlock letter from them so that I can go to the ombudsman.  How can they get away with charging for a non existent service yet I have to pay hundreds of pounds if I want to leave.  Not that I can leave because I cannot even send a txt to find out my PAC code!!!!

Are you able to make and receive calls?

Our Complaints Team usually aim to get in touch within a few days but it can take a little longer during busy periods.
