Not able to add PAC code

Hi, have switched over to iD and have a PAC code from Sky. I have tried to register it but am getting an error because information isn’t recognised. Am sure my info is correct. The only question mark possibly is because I switched through Mobiles.co.uk. I have seen their order ref. is the transaction ref. for the PAC switch. Anyone any idea what I am doing wrong?

If you gave your PAC to “mobiles.co.uk” at the time you ordered, I’d guess they’ve submitted the PAC on your behalf.

A PAC can only be used once, so trying to submit the same PAC again will fail, but the iD error message may not be helpful.

Thanks @andewhite .Apologies, I didn’t quite word that correctly! I ordered the sim through mobiles.co.uk but have tried to switch through the id app and online with no success.

I’d suggest contacting the iD social media customer support team privately, using Facebook (with Messenger), or Twitter (by DM), for assistance processing your PAC.

The support teams work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends).
