I want to change my plan but after changing my password, it is still saying my password or my email is incorrect.  This is so frustrating.  I have tried several times with the same response.  I want to change my ID plan.  I have wasted so much time on this.  It is really annoying that I can’t speak to a real person.

Hi @Helen Pearson, I’d recommend reinstalling the app, clearing your browser’s cache/cookies, and/or trying a new browser or device.
