Not Accepting PAC Code details

I enter my PAC code from Three, Surname, Transaction number, old number and new number as requested. Says Something Wrong. Been round the houses with live chat. Need specific instructions. Why is this such hard work?

I am having exactly the same problem and cannot contact anyone for help

Okay @Jeni Howarth and @Zeda, I’d suggest contacting the iD social media customer support team privately by using facebook (via Messenger), or Twitter (by DM), so they can assist with your PAC submission. 

The agents work until 8pm weekdays (6pm at weekends).

Please try the port form again with your surname in all caps and making sure the transaction number begins with a “4”.
