not receiving all my texts after porting

I’ve tried to do chat several times unsuccessfully done all the things they’ve said and I’m still not receiving all my texts 

 

please can someone check my account has been ported properly

Hey @Suebr124, if you’ve tried everything suggested in your previous post “not receiving all text messages since ported to my old number”, then you should use Live Chat again and tell iD to verify your number was ported properly. 

Given this issue has been going on for a while now, also think about making a complaint.

Anyway, I hope to get it sorted.
