I am at the end of my teather I’ve had family trying to call me and it’s just blank as if it’s been blocked even on Wi-Fi calls, I’m getting really fed up now I’ve gone onto the links to contact someone and they are not able to link me as it’s not a valid link. In all my years of being with other companies this has to be the worst. How do I speak to a human being to speak to someone about the problems I’m encountering. I’m so very very frustrated

If live chat doesn’t work, I’d recommend using facebook (Messenger), or Twitter (by DM), to contact iD about your service.
The iD agents work between 9am - 8pm on weekdays, and 9am - 6pm at weekends.
Outside these times you’ll get an automated reply.
Meanwhile, is WhatsApp an option for calling your family while you getting your iD account sorted?
