Hi, I am currently in Poland and I can’t receive text messages or calls from Polish numbers. I am also unable to make a call to polish number from my own phone.
My roaming in on, international calls are on and my cap is set to £5 with still £5 left to use.

The scenario you’ve described in your post is a roaming situation, so I don’t think international calls are needed.
Can you text Polish mobile numbers from your phone while you’re roaming in Poland?
If your iD account has roaming turned ON and your phone allows roaming, then everything should work in a EU inclusive destination like Poland.
Maybe you’ve got a faulty SIM card, or a problem with your iD account
Hi, I am not able to text polish numbers either. I have never have that problem before, this is the first time I am abroad since switching to ID Mobile so I believe it’s got something to do with the network

The iD Mobile roaming partners in Poland are P4 and Plus GSM.
