Not recieved sim card

I have just recieved my first bill as I have recently switched to Id but I have not recieved my sim card yet. I am not sure I should be billed until I can start using my new phone. Could you check where my sim card has gotten to? Thank you.

If it was sent via Royal Mail it may have been delayed due to the strikes.

Have you since had the delivery or would you like me to look at getting a replacement sent out?

You can also get one for free via your local Currys store.
